Arrived promptly and within the allocated time slot.

No instructions whatsoever in any of the 3 boxes had to search the internet and found some instructions to download. Not the easiest to follow and harder as they were on the phone and very small. Had just moved house and had visitors staying that night so we needed to assemble it that day it took ages putting it together.

Very solid bed once assembled.

Ordered a king size and have a king size mattress but there is a big gap around the mattress, not sure if this is usual? Has anyone else experienced this?

Had my eye on this for a while, and had to buy it- as they had a good birthday discount deal on. Very happy with our purchase, bed arrived quick and on time, as promised. Solid wood and easy to assemble. Looks beautiful in the room.. feels sturdy to sleep on. So far so good.

I assembled the bed as per the instructions, but the two screws provided to secure the central beam to the frame are too short, so can't be used. I hope this doesn't affect the structural integrity. Besides this, the bed seems well made and looks good.

Looks so expensive really great find and was dispatched within a couple of days.

Felt compelled to write a review the quality of the wood and all joints and fixings is beautiful and the easiest to put together. I did it on my own from start to finish in about an hour after I’d unpacked and laid everything out.. very impressed and the delivery was a 2 hour window with a call half an hour before. What a brilliant service

I bought this a few weeks ago now and cannot be happier! Firstly, the communication about the delivery was great and the bed arrived very promptly.

I put it together myself, the instructions were easy to follow and the process was very smooth. If I have to point one thing out about the assembly, the Alan key provided to match the screws was very annoying to use in small corners as it is very long and as it’s a specific shape I couldn’t use my own tools so the labour was manual. If you were to standardise the screws/bolts then the assembly would be even quicker!

The actual bed is superb! The colour, size and comfort! So far so good! Thank you!

We absolutely love the bed now it’s up- great quality. However the footboard holes for the screws didn’t work with the length of the sides- it looked like the sides had an extra 2 inches of wood so they didn’t line up. We solved this by going out to buy extra long screws to attach them, and you can’t see once the mattress is down- but was annoying!

Bought this and it's even better than the pictures. It was easy to assemble and unlike the other reviews, all the parts were present. No issues and I love it. Very solid and no creaking that you can get with newly build beds.
