      Lovely desk

      This is a very stylish, solid desk for a child. We are delighted with it, as is she. It has good storage space as well as being a decent sized working space. It was tricky to put together, but very definitely worth it.

      Disappointing

      I bought this desk a week ago and I must say I am very disappointed with the end result. There are large gaps between the main frame of the desk and the drawers which spoils the whole look. Can’t even return the item because it’s been assembled. I was expecting a lot more given the price.

      Timeless desk

      We bought this for our daughter (14) but I’d be pleased to have it as well and it’s one that she won’t outgrow in taste or size. Looks great, takes patience to put together. She helped her father so it was a nice project. Some fiddly frustrating bits but we got there in the end. Sale price paid. Wouldn’t pay full price for materials.

      Great design, sturdy and easy to build.

      I bought this about 10 days ago and have been using it daily since. It is a really stylish, good-sized sturdy desk. I built it myself with no hassle and I am not skilled at DIY. It is really great value for money and looks great in the space I have. It also arrived after only 2 weeks, when I was expecting to wait at least 4-5. I am really happy with this first purchase from La Redoute.

      Great looking desk once assembled

      Great desk. Only gripe was having to drill one of the holes in the base of the drawer unit myself. Also, to make it last longer, I spread wood glue on the dowels prior to insertion. The finished look is great!
