Our product reviews
Product reviews written by our customers are marked with stars. These are collected in our 9 countries and languages. Our studies show that 88% of customers read these reviews.
Authenticity
We’re committed to showing only certified reviews from verified customers who have bought the product. We ask customers to provide genuine, helpful reviews. We don’t incentivise positive reviews, but we may enter you in a prize draw if do you take the time to help us and other customers by submitting a review (positive or negative).
We publish reviews on product pages with the most recent review at the top of the list. Reviews that don’t relate solely to the product or which otherwise don’t comply with our T&Cs may be rejected or removed. You can also withdraw your review after publication.
Bazaarvoice
Our customer reviews are administered by Bazaarvoice, our trusted third-party partner which provides similar services to many retailers and other organisations in various countries. Bazaarvoice provide authenticity and impartiality in the review and publication of customer reviews.
They use sophisticated technology and a skilled team to check content in line with agreed rules and our T&Cs.
Quality of reviews
Providing quality reviews is very important to us. With help from our partner, Bazaarvoice, only reviews that don’t comply with the rules we’ve agreed and our T&Cs are rejected. We don’t delete comments or edit them because they’re negative and give products a bad rating and we don’t incentivise customers to leave positive reviews.
Product reviews may be rejected if they don’t relate solely to the product, or they otherwise don’t comply with our T&Cs. If you have a service issue (e.g. delivery, payment), we’re here to help
