Scenario Plain 100% Cotton Flannel Duvet Cover, ecru, LA REDOUTE INTERIEURS

The quality and warmth of this duvet cover seem good. I washed it before using and it was fine after that. But the system for getting the cover on and off is the most ridiculous I’ve ever seen. There is a sort of narrow tail at the base of the duvet that you have to squeeze the duvet through. It’s really difficult. Then there is this tail hanging down(see photo). If you tuck that under it gets tangled in your feet and is uncomfortable, if you leave it hanging down it looks very odd. No points for design at all.

This duvet cover is really soft, warm and cosy. It is the latest of several flannel covers I have bought from La Redoute over the years. I am used to the envelope opening at the bottom, which is great for tucking in. The opening on this cover is smaller than others I have bought before though, which makes inserting the duvet a bit tricky. Once on the bed, the cover is wonderfully soft and warm. I would like to see more pastel and brighter shades as I find your colours a bit dull and masculine. In the past you have also had two tone flannel duvet covers, with a pastel on one side and a bright on the other. I preferred these or a pretty print would be a nice option. Having said that, these flannel covers are the softest and warmest I have found anywhere and I would definitely recommend them. I got mine in the sale, so it was a bargain!

Thin...............colour not like pic.....abs nightmare to get duvet into...3min job now 10 !!!! what plonker invented an opening like that ?!! and why ???? would not recom. quality poor....matching pillows do not match !!!

I have this duvet and matching accessories in Teal and it is beautiful. It is a lovely, rich colour, the cotton is soft and it is clearly well made. I am happy with my purchase, it was very good value for money and it looks even better than expected.

Bought this a month ago and it keeps me warm, feels soft and comforting on the body. Lovely style too.

I bought this a few months ago and it was perfect for the winter months. Cozy and warm.

I was looking for jersey knit bedding like what I used to have in the US. Its usually a material that feels like a stretchy, well worn t-shirt and is super comfy year round. This bedding is thick with no stretch and much more like flannel. It is soft but VERY hot...I usually run cold and was waking up overheating even in the coldest week of winter. The duvet cover also has a very weird closure...it has a weird tail that hangs out instead of having button or snap closures on the bottom.
