    Review Summary

The KUMCO duvet cover is often appreciated for its natural design, comfort and the softness of cotton gauze/washed cotton, with a lovely crinkled effect and colours considered successful. Reviews also mention a pleasant feel and easy care. Others note a thin fabric, uneven quality, fragile seams and sometimes disappointing wash performance.

Kumco Duvet Cover in Cotton Muslin/Washed Cotton - LA REDOUTE INTERIEURS

Kumco two-sided bed linen is part of our Les Ingénieux collection. Creations full of ideas to make life simpler and everyday life more beautiful, imagined by our designers in France..
    Why you'll love this product
     •  An alternative to cotton muslin at an affordable price.
     •  A marriage of aesthetics and modernity: the top side is in cotton muslin, textured and elegant, the bottom side is in washed cotton, particularly soft and comfortable.

Cotton muslin is light, supple and super soft. Naturally textured, they do not require ironing and become more beautiful over time.

The washed cotton has been delicately bleached during its manufacture. Soft, supple and comfortable, it softens over time. Its slightly wrinkled appearance is incredibly on-trend, and it does not require ironing.

    Care Advice
     •  Machine washable at 60°C
     •  By washing your laundry at 40°C instead of 60°C, you limit energy consumption
     •  The cotton muslin may show slight marks due to packaging creases. We recommend that you wash the product as soon as you receive it, and then tumble dry it to restore its look and the beautiful waffle effect.

      Sent the wrong colour

They sent the wrong colour, but the divert cover is soft and still a nice colour. Just would have been nice to have got what I actually ordered!

Response from La Redoute , 05/10/2026

Hi Jed, I'm sorry to hear that you received the wrong colour item. While I'm pleased to hear that you're happy with the quality and colour of the duvet cover, I completely understand your disappointment at not receiving the item you originally ordered. I've sent you an email with more information. Thanks

      Beautiful

Absolutely lovely. I slept so well with this. I put the crinkle size over me as I was too hot the other way but will reverse in Winter. The only problem is getting out of bed

      Rough bedding

Might just be me but I found this bedding to be really rough and uncomfortable. I would return but I don't have the packaging now. I have ordered bedsheets from La Redoute before and they've been lovely but these are horrible.
