      Split at the seam and thin rough fabric

      Not great quality, which is a surprise as I am usually pleased with my La Redoute purchases. The fabric is thin and rough, and one of the duvet covers I ordered had a split at the seam.

      Thank you for your feedback! This duvet cover is in 144TC cotton, which is standard weaving. For a softer fabric and a tighter weaving, we also have percale or sateen fabric at La Redoute. Regarding the split at the seam, I suggest yo to contact customer service. See you soon at La Redoute !

      Absolutely perfect

      Beautiful duvet covers - perfect weight of cotton and the long zip opening will make it vey easy to pop the duvet into them. I cannot wait to get them on the bed! Because they were sent by Evri, they took a long time to get here - nearly a fortnight - but worth the wait!

      Let Down By It's Zip and Customer Service (lack)

      This duvet cover was good quality cotton and initially I liked it. But the poor quality zip soon let things down. Not only did it keep getting caught with the lining but after the first wash the zip would not zip up again and was broken. I tried to contact customer service via the website to see if anything could be done but they didn't reply. Avoid.

      I was excited when this item arrived. However, I expected the zip to be on 3 sides and I am convinced there was a video showing this when I bought it. It helps a little but not what I expected. The quality is fine.
