      I thought the bag would

I thought the bag would have the pull string inside. Pics seen didn’t show that.

      Flimsy, not practical

Feels flimsy, like it won’t hold up. No internal pockets. No clasp at the top. Very nice looking but not practical.

      Excellent

After 1. 5 years of ownership of my prior backpack - strap broke, Herschel stepped up and replaced the back pack with ZERO questions. Herschel stands behind their products -Mark A. Ritter

Apparently I read his mind because he’s been a big fan of your brand and I got a huge thank you! He thought his wife clued me in. He absolutely loves it!

      Great color

The bag is good quality. I wish it had more zippered pockets.
