      Comfy jeans are possible !

      Really comfy jeans! I am 5'1", so struggle finding shorter lengths but the crop has good length options for the short girls! For jeans, the material feels sturdy and good quality but still soft so they're not uncomfortable to sit down in. I see these as an investment piece which will hopefully continue to be in style being straight cut!

      I loved this particular pair of Levi's jeans. Generally the process of purchasing jeans is a fraught process for anyone who has an ounce of curve and is short. This style and material saves the day. It looks great, it is soft and I don't dread getting dressed in it unlike some other jeans, which are harsh and uncharitable to movement.

      I usually avoid big brands because of their exploitative labour practices and poor animal welfare policies. According to the Good on You tracker, Levi's still needs to do more. It uses leather, wool, and down feather, and doesn't say where it gets it from. I am also still dubious about how much it alleviates the structural exploitation of men and women in its supply chain. I hope they make these things a priority, otherwise, a nice pair of jeans isn't worth the suffering that produces it.
