      Happy with purchase

      The bed seems sturdy and good quality. Colour and fabric is as expected - black. The assembly needs two people and takes about 2-3 hours. Instructions are best by watching the video on QR code.

      Bought a bed which is okay but not the best very difficult to assemble.

      Customer service and communication very poor.

      Don’t trust the pictures color

      The bed is nice and well made but it’s NOT THE COLOR AT ALL!! I put it together to see it in different lighting and to see it all and I was very dissatisfied with the difference in color :( the thought of taking it apart and waiting another 6 weeks makes me cringe.

      Beautiful bed

      The bed is lovely, very sturdy and well made.

      It wasn’t too hard to put together just a little tricky lining up all the corners.

      The only issue is that the colour is not as described. Luckily I do love the colour it happens to be but would have preferred it to be the light green in the image.

      Lovely appearance, few elements could be better

      It’s a lovely looking bed and I haven’t had any issues with noise as others have mentioned, however there are 2 things to note. First, when bed doesn’t stay up with the mattress on the bed. This means you have to hold up the top while attempting to manage storage, which is difficult and likely dangerous. I’ve had a Ottoman storage bed before and this wasn’t an issue. The second is that there isn’t a bottom to the storage and it sits on the floor directly. So unless you’re very neat and manage colour of containers you can see what’s stored under the bed.

      Really poor build

      I built this bed up this week and I was deeply disappointed in the build. The bed squeaks a lot and bows on both sides. Makes sleeping awkward unless you sleep right in the middle. Every time we sit on the bed we think it is going to break from the noises it makes. For a bed that price I was expecting something a lot better made
