      Have size up

      I would recommend half size up. I am usually size 6 elsewhere and 6.5 at Adidas but these shoes would need to be size 7 so I could have comfortable walks. I am returning this item as have no time to reorder size 7. In general they should do their job well and they are quite sturdy
