      erreur article envoyé

      LA REDOUTE a fait une erreur dans l envoi de l article commandé. J ai donc retourné celui ci, je pensais que suite à cette erreur, le bon article serait envoyé automatiquement. cela n a pas été le cas, il a fallut que je repasse une nouvelle cde. je ne comprends pas cette demarche.
