      J'étais plus que ravie de mon achat, ce jean taille parfaitement. Jusqu'au premier lavage, je respecte scrupuleusement ce qui est indiqué sur l'étiquette. Quelle n'est pas ma surprise quand je le récupère avec ses strass tombant les uns après les autres. Je contacte le service client, et on avoue même pas qu'il y a un problème. On refuse de me rembourser. C'est franchement décevant
