MR530 Trainers, grey, NEW BALANCE

They are very comfortable, and the model has a beautiful design. They elevate even the simplest outfit. But unfortunately, they make too much noise when walking; I feel like I have rubber toys on my feet.

Bought these before my recent Disney trip and they felt great through 6 straight 20K step days!

I work in a warehouse 10 hour days on my feet so these shoes have a lot of miles on them. They have been great but I need a new pair once every year and a half or so. They start to rip in the pictures I’ve attached you can see the weak points of the shoes.

I have been a customer of New Balance because I trust the brand’s reputation for quality, which is why this purchase was disappointing.

The front of the right shoe is noticeably misshapen and appears to be stretched forward, making the pair look inconsistent. In addition, the stitching on the tongue of the left shoe is torn, which raises concerns about the overall quality control of the product.

Unfortunately, returning the shoes was not a practical option for me, so I decided to keep them. However, considering the defects present upon arrival, I do not feel that the quality of the product matches the price I paid.

I hope New Balance will review this issue and consider an appropriate resolution. I would also appreciate any feedback regarding how this quality concern can be addressed.

The heels are not super padded. You can feel plastic coming through from the heel. There is little support through the shoe

They fit perfectly. I rock them when I want to look sporty or have events when im walking alot. They're extremely comfortable. Definitely ordering these again in other colors.
