It specifically relates to the width of the neck opening to prevent the risk of a child slipping down inside the sleep bag and suffocating, and also relates to the thickness of the sleeping bag to prevent any risk of overheating (which is extremely dangerous for young babies), therefore the TOG rating must not be too high.
    Therefore, our sleep bags have now been designed to meet the requirements of this new safety standard. This is why you will be able to see that the neck openings are narrower than previously and also the padding is not as thick.

      Snuggly sleeping bag

      Great quality sleeping bag to keep baby warm in the coldest of temperatures. The only thing I don't like is the zip - it zips from top to bottom and is extremely awkward to get zipped when baby is in the bag.

      Adorable sleeping bag

      This is such cute sleeping bag, I bought it for the cold winter nights. It folds at the bottom, which is very helpful as I ordered quite a big size so that it will last for a couple of winters. Quality is lovely, sleeves can be detached.
