Onega X Velvet Linen and Velvet Hidden Tab Curtain - LA REDOUTE INTERIEURS

Ordered 6 in total for different rooms (across the three different colours), and decided to return the navy and yellow, due to the low quality, thin material and strange discoloration in parts of the canvas.

Hung the two remaining red ones up (kept as they were decorative so wasn't bother by all the light flooding through) only to find the horizontal lines weren't at the same height so looked distinctly odd and unmatched. When contacting customer service to explain I couldn't return one, not knowing which was was "correct", and wasn't prepared to advance order another panel and be out of pocket, their solution was to ignore everything I'd said and told me to return and reorder, stating "as they are sold singly and not as a pair this may happen". Sorry but no, you're selling a product so each product should be the same as another - how do they not quality check these, knowing many people hang curtains in pairs?! Or offer to measure a panel to make sure anything I re-ordered would actually match? The custmer service response basically read as "not my problem, I don't care". Rubbish product and pathetic customer service.

I really wish I’d listened to the other reviews which mention the poor quality and stitching to save myself time. Unfortunately what arrived is nothing like the images, the velvet band is far less yellow and more of a brown/dull gold colour and the linen is quite yellow in reality. Shame as the photos looked lovely but I will be retuning as the quality is very disappointing.

I bought these curtains because they were linen and because of the colour. In reality, the curtains are shorter than advertised and the trimming was not a terracotta-like colour as I imagined, but more of an mustard-y yellow. So a slight disappointment, although the quality of the fabric seems very good and sturdy. But they will do, so I won't be returning them.

The curtains were more lightweight than I had expected but still look lovely. They only need a quick iron before hanging. I have also bought the blue/green version for a bedroom and the colours are absolutely beautiful. The hidden tabs are a plus, curtains slide easily along rail. Natural looking with a subtle design so not too showy. Very happy with the purchase. Price was also good.
