      Problem with the belt spoils it

      The belt is far too loose even when buckled to the tightest possible. So the dress hangs with no shape. Apart from the belt problem, the cut of the dress is stylish, however the material is slightly see-through, so I need to wear a slip underneath, for my workplace. I wouldn't say it's a warm dress, I might be able to wear it April-September.

      I searched a long time on internet for an alternative belt to wear with this dress but haven't found one. So I'm disappointed overall, as it's like a big bag on me without a belt that cinches the waist.

      I bought this as I particularly like Anne Weyburn pieces because of their quality. It helped that it was in the sale. It's quite a weighty dress - which is good - as it hangs nicely. Another colour would have been welcome, but it's always a bonus to have a nice LBD in the wardrobe. Can be dressed up or down.
