Great news! We've extended our free exchanges and returns policy for Christmas. Any item purchased from 15 November to 24 December can be returned up to 10 January 2019. Goods must be returned in new and unused condition otherwise may not be fully reimbursed. Goods packaged/sealed for health, hygiene or security reasons (e.g. mattresses) cannot be exchanged or returned if unwrapped or unsealed unless they are faulty. Please remember that if you purchase items on your La Redoute Credit Account, you should always make at least your Minimum Payment even if you're returning items. You might also be charged interest depending when items are returned.
