  • How long does delivery take?

    Our delivery timescale is 5 to 7 working days.
    An email will be sent when your order is ready to be sent to your local courier and you can check the status of your orders anytime in My Account.

    Made to order
    The delivery timeframe for made to order items, such as sofas and beds is between 6-12 weeks and will be as shown on the product page.

  • How will my parcel be delivered?

    Please note, if your order contains more than one item, your items may be delivered separately and/or by different carriers.

    For fashion, or smaller home furnishings:
    Most items will be delivered by EVRi. Please click here to see the benefits of the EVRi App

    • To get started, download the app from either the App Store or Google Play Store.



    • If you’ve selected home delivery, you’ll receive a 2-hour time slot on the day of delivery, so you can make sure someone is home, if there isn’t a safe place your parcel can be left.

    • If you’ve chosen a local ParcelShop, EVRi will send you an update to let you know when your parcel is ready for collection, and you can pick your parcel up at a time that suits you. The parcel will be held at the shop for 10 days, and it if it’s not collected during this time, it will be returned to us.     • Some of our products are despatched directly from our chosen supplier, which means an alternative delivery company may be used. In this case, their carrier will send you updates about your delivery.

    Large Furnishings, or Mattresses
    Please check access points are wide enough to accommodate delivery. Most of these items will be delivered by our delivery partner, AIT Logistics. Once your order is ready for despatch, an email and text message will be sent to you with the planned delivery date, with options to change the date if needed. AIT Logistics will also send you a notification the evening before your delivery is due to take place, with an estimated time slot, so you can make sure someone is home to receive delivery. One the morning of the delivery, AIT Logistics will send you a link that can be used to check the progress throughout the day. Where possible, the driver will also attempt to call you to let you know they are on their way.

    Some of our larger products are despatched directly from our chosen supplier, which means an alternative delivery company may be used. In this case, their carrier will send you updates about your delivery.

    Electrical Items
    Most of our small electrical items and appliances will be delivered by DPD. If you’ve provided a mobile number, DPD will send a text message on the day of delivery with a 1-hour window. There will be a link you can access to rearrange delivery if required.

  • How much is delivery?

    The postage and packing is FREE if you choose to use our Click & Collect service with ParcelShop and spend £60 or more. If you spend less, you’ll be charged £2.99.

    Please note: Click & Collect is not available for furniture, electricals and on some home textiles and accessories. If this service is not available on your order, the Click & Collect option will not appear during checkout.

    Home Delivery for small and light items is just £3.99 per order. This is not dependant on the size of the parcel, so whether you order 2 items or 20 items, the postage charge remains the same.

    Home delivery charges for large or bulky items range from £9.99 to £19.99 (excluding Northern Ireland). For Northern Ireland the delivery charge ranges from £9.99 to £49.99. Please refer to the table below for full details.

    Please note: If you order items which have different delivery charges, the highest charge will apply. If, for any reason, we send your order in separate parcels you’ll only pay one delivery charge.

  • How do I track my delivery?

    You can check the status of each item by logging into My Account from the top of the page. Once logged in, you’ll need to click My Orders and select the relevant order. You’ll then be able to see the status of each item.

    We’ll send an email to the address you registered with on your account to let you know you when your order is ready to be despatched. If your items are being delivered by EVRi, there will be a link next to the order in My Account, so you can track the delivery of your order once it has been despatched.

    The carrier will also send updates by email and text message once your parcel is on its way. Please note, some items are despatched directly from our chosen supplier and will be delivered by an alternative carrier. The carrier will send delivery updates; some of which will be sent via text message, so it helps if you have a mobile number on your account.

  • My parcel hasn’t arrived. What do I do?

    We expect to deliver most orders within 5 to 7 working days and we’ll let you know when your order is ready to be despatched. If you’ve received a delivery notification from EVRi, but the parcel has not moved for more than 2 days, please raise this with EVRi here: https://www.evri.com/contact-us and they’ll get back to you within 24 hours. If you’ve received a delivery notification from an alternative courier, your order may be on its way from one of our trusted suppliers. In this case, if the tracking has not moved for more than 2 days, please Contact us and our team will be happy to help.

    Made to order items
    If your enquiry is regarding a made to order item such as a bed, mattress, or sofa, please check the product page for the expected delivery time before getting in touch.

  • Can I change my delivery address after I have placed my order?

    For security purposes, we’re unable to change the delivery address when it’s your first credit order.

    If it’s not your first credit order, it may be possible to change the delivery address if it is done on the same day the order has been placed. If this is the case, please call the La Redoute Team on 0330 3030 199. Our opening hours are Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm & Saturday 9am -12:30pm.

    If we’re unable to change the address and you’re not home to take delivery of your parcel, you’ll be left a card from the carrier inviting you to re-arrange delivery, or the delivery will be re-attempted. Most of our items are delivered by EVRi or AIT Logistics and these carriers will send you an estimated time slot for the delivery, which may help you to make arrangements for someone to take receipt of the parcel.

  • How do I cancel my order?

    For details of how to cancel your order and return items once despatched to you, please see Returns. It may be possible to cancel your order if it is done on the same day the order has been placed. If this is the case, please call the La Redoute Team on 0330 3030 199. Our opening hours are Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm & Saturday 9am -12:30pm. Otherwise, we can only cancel your order before despatch if it has not been prepared for despatch. Please check the status of your order by accessing My Orders in My Account. If the item doesn’t state ‘prepared for despatch’ or ‘despatched’, please Contact Us with the item details and we’ll let you know if the order can be cancelled.

  • What should I do if I receive the wrong item?

    If you’ve received a wrong item, then please call us on 0330 3030 199 and we’ll be happy to replace the item. The La Redoute Team are available Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm & Saturday 9am -12:30pm.. We’ll also explain the return options available to you.

    When returning the wrong item, please fill in the returns form and indicate that it’s the wrong item you’ve received.

  • Where do you deliver to?

    Please note: For security purposes, orders must be delivered to the billing address on the account, if it’s your first credit order.

    We’ll deliver goods to addresses in the UK, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and BFPO Germany.

    La Redoute also has international sites in the following countries. Please note, if you would like delivery to a country where La Redoute (or one of its partners) already has a website, you’ll be requested to use that site to complete your purchases:

  • Can I have some more information about Click and Collect ParcelShop?

    ParcelShop is a service that allows customers to have their parcels delivered to a local shop that is covered by the ParcelShop network. This is ideal for customers who are not at home due to a busy schedule, or don't have a safe place for the EVRi couriers to leave their parcels.

    Which items can be delivered to a ParcelShop?

    Click & Collect may not be offered on some items that are despatched directly from one of our 3rd party suppliers.

    In addition to this, parcels need to be within the acceptable dimensions for the ParcelShop deliveries. These are the size and weight limits accepted:

    Weight – 15kg
    Length – 120cm
    Combined Dims – 225cm (1xL+2xW+2xD)

    If your order includes an item that cannot be delivered to a ParcelShop, Click and Collect will not be offered on the delivery page during checkout.

    Why use ParcelShop?
    Convenient - pick up you parcel on your way to and from work.

    Added security - leave your parcel in a secure shop rather than in the garage or porch. Customers with secure grounds, sheltered accommodation and high-rise flats with security codes would benefit from the ParcelShop facility.

    How do I know when the parcel has arrived?
    Email and text notification will be sent as soon as the parcel has been received at the chosen ParcelShop. Customers will need to produce identification E.G. Passport, Driver's License, Photo card, Utility Bill or Debit Card, to collect their parcel from a ParcelShop. If the customer cannot produce ID, they’ll be asked to come back and provide this information. The parcel will be retained in a ParcelShop for up to a maximum of 10 days.

    Is there a ParcelShop in my area?
    ParcelShop will be available in most local areas in the UK. When choosing your delivery option during checkout, the nearest available shops will be displayed. You can change the postcode at the bottom of the page to choose an alternative, perhaps somewhere close to your place of work.

    How much does this service cost?
    Click & Collect with Parcelshop is free on all orders £60 or over, or £2.99 if you spend less. Just select the option in the checkout if the service is available.

    How do I collect my parcel via ParcelShop?
    An automatic email and SMS text message will be generated to confirm the parcel has been delivered to the ParcelShop, so you know when to collect it.

    How do I find my local ParcelShop?
