      Material is like sandpaper & returns not refunded

      I ordered two sizes to ensure it would fit, but returned both as the outside material was rough like sandpaper (inside is lovely & soft). So far only refunded for one item & have to wait the full 15 days before they will speak to me, terrible customer service.
