      one chair was defected

      The product is quite time consuming to assemble and is not of good quality as in fact one chair out of 2 could not be assembled as the holes were not done properly. Had to contact customer service and they have been very slow in dealing with the issue as the supplier needs to step in and they don't care of your experience or issues.
