Signatures Ambroise Alpaca Mix Cardigan - LA REDOUTE COLLECTIONS

Originally ordered M which should've been my size according to the size chart (usually wear size 10), but the item arrived looked nothing like the ones in the photos - then realised it's simply much too big for me. So exchanged for S and now it fits perfectly, it's really cute. It's slightly itchy but as long as I have long sleeves on underneath I don't feel it that much.

I’d been looking for a neutral chunky cardi to wear with jeans but at 5’3” I need it to be short and boxy and this one came down too long on my hips and didn’t look quite right. Also the balloon sleeves looked too oversized on my petite frame. In the end I bought the V-neck version instead, which sat just a little bit shorter on me and for some reason the sleeves weren’t quite as wide.

This is the second time I buy this jumper, I have it in black and beige! I love the chunky relaxed fit, with puffy sleeves, and the fact that is isn’t a cropped and boxy cut, like many others. On sale, it felt like a steal!

I’m a size 10 and went with the Medium. It fits loosely, just the way I like it! The cardigan is soft, comfortable, and drapes beautifully without feeling bulky. It’s perfect for layering and gives a relaxed, effortless look. Really happy with the fit and quality.

I have fallen in love with this cardigan. I had an idea that I wanted a warm chunky blue cardigan. I searched everywhere on the internet and finally found this one in La Redoute. It is so warm and thick. It is pretty much just what I was looking for. I love the length of it and the cuffs on the sleeves and waist. I also love the puffed out style at the bottom on the sleeves. I’ve had lots of compliments. The only slight downside (other reviewers have also mentioned this) is that it is very slightly itchy but not enough to stop me from wearing it and I am 100% à creature of comfort. There is somehow a sumptuous and soft quality to the jumper too. Hard to explain. I bought a small and a medium and decided to send back the small as I preferred the slightly bigger (and therefore warmer) fit. Either would have worked but the small felt slightly too cropped. I fully recommend this cardigan.

Love this cardigan. Lovely fit and quality. I don’t find the alpaca blend too itchy but will need to wear a T-shirt underneath which doesn’t bother me at all
