      Les trous ne correspondent pas au plan!

      Notice compliquée et surtout, bien que nous soyons excellents bricoleurs, les trous n’etaient pas au endroits indiqués dans le plan. Impossible de poser certaines planches sans devoir forer de nouveaux trous plus alignés. Heureusement, ni vu ni connu après montage. Pour le prix et la qualité attendue sur la redoute, nous sommes déçus.

      Bonjour, merci pour votre avis. Nous sommes navrés que vous ayez rencontré ce problème avec cette bibliothèque. Pour faciliter le montage, nous vous conseillons de ne pas serrer les vis à fond dès le départ. Cela permet de créer un peu de jeu pour ajuster les pièces. Une fois toutes les vis en place, vous pourrez les serrer complètement. N'hésitez pas à contacter le service client si vous avez besoin de plus de précisions.       Cumple con su función

      Queda bonita y tiene espacio para almacenar bastantes libros/juguetes. No es la mejor calidad pero mi marido consiguió montarla sin muchos problemas. Es grande. Me gusta como queda.

      Pessima Qualità

      Pessima qualità e il prodotto l’ho buttato. Puzzava di chimico impossibile da tenere nella cameretta della bimba. Oltre che non sicuro perché i pezzi di legno che tengono insieme il tutto avevano i fori spanati. Purtroppo non l’ho potuto rendere perché l’ho montato dopo 3 sett dall’acquisto. Non consiglio l’acquisto e non credo che acquisterò altro dal sito.

      A seguito del suo commento, abbiamo controllato i nostri prodotti in magazzino. L'odore è normale e non è nocivo. È il risultato dei materiali nuovi e naturali che sono stati contenuti nell'imballaggio dalla fabbrica a casa vostra. Non abbiamo riscontrato alcun problema nell'assemblaggio del prodotto.

      L'odore si è dissipato dopo aver ventilato il prodotto per 48 ore.
