    Review Summary

Dining table with a sleek, elegant design, beautiful lines and a much-appreciated natural wood look. The oak quality, sturdiness and stability are often praised, and the extendable system is considered practical and easy to use for 6 to 10 place settings. Some reviews, however, mention poorly finished wood, ill-fitting parts, imperfect flatness and an extension that can sometimes be unreliable.

    Care Advice
     •  Oil your furniture at least once a year with paraffin or petroleum jelly oil, in order to seal the pores of the wood and make it less sensitive to variations in humidity..
     •  In the case of use in high heat or high humidity, renew the application of oil more frequently.
     •  After each application, allow the wood time to absorb the oil before each use.
     •  Dust regularly with a dry cloth.
     •  Clean with a damp cloth.
     •  In case of stains, sand with fine sandpaper then apply oil.
     •  Do not use solvent-based or abrasive cleaners

Bad Product Design - Ugly Dining Table

The photos on the website does not reflect the significant flaws of this poorly designed table. Try as we may when we were installing the legs, we could not prevent the bolts and wooden dowels, which held the legs to the actual tabletop, to not show once we stood the table upright. This was not an acceptable look to what could have been a lovely dining table. Please note that this is a design fault and not installation as the timber at the base of the tabletop simply stops the legs from being properly positioned for correct installation. We were frustrated to have done all that work only to then have to undo and repack for return - not an easy task when the item is heavy and you have a disability! Unless you want hassle and debates with the seller, please avoid buying this dining table.
