    This product is dangerous and non-compliant

    I have already indicated by phone that we are not at all satisfied with this product. The aesthetics and finishes are not to be questioned. But this chest of drawers has a very strong smell that has still not gone away after more than 2 months. The smell is not "light" and is uncomfortable which questions the products used (lacquer/paint) - we have requested an audit of the production chain of this product and are still waiting for feedback on this subject.

    Hello, We thank you for your comment and sincerely regret that this product did not meet your expectations. Following your evaluation, we have again carried out a check of our products in stock. The odor is normal and not harmful. It results from the new materials that have been confined in their packaging from the factory to your home. The odor dissipated after airing the rooms for 72 hours (drawers open). We therefore recommend that you better air out your product and we apologize for the inconvenience caused.
