    Review Summary

Izumi cotton percale is often judged to be good quality, with a pleasant, comfortable fabric that fits the mattress well. Its discreet, elegant design and generally accurate colours are appreciated. Some reviews, however, note colour differences from the photos, a stiffer feel, and disappointing wash performance with fading or rapid wear.

Izumi Cotton Percale Fitted Sheet, blue print, LA REDOUTE INTERIEURS

The Izumi percale fitted sheet. When the Far East knocks on our door, the Izumi fitted sheet is the perfect matching item to the Izumi set.
The cotton percale offers a pleasant feeling of freshness and lightness. Its tight weave makes it particularly soft for premium comfort. A matte and smooth material that will soften over time.

The dye comes off leaving white streaks all over

After washing I found white streaks and patches that I thought was due to my laundry product. Extra rinsing didn't help and in fact it gets worse each time. It seems the fabric was printed very cheaply and just comes off in the wash. They look awful now. Very disappointing.
