      great linen

      A beautiful linen duvet cover, great size, good quality and quick delivery on the second try. The first order for this item got stuck in a warehouse somewhere but was sorted quickly after I contacted customer service.

      Yet again, order has not been received

      Second time I am not reviewing the item but the delivery service used by LaRedoute. I have had to order this bedding twice as the first order disappeared whilst Evri had hold of it. No delivery was ever attempted. LaRedoute issued a refund and placed the order again for me. I asked if they could use a different delivery company they said ‘No’. So here we are again. The delivery has never been attempted and is now apparently on its way back to the sender. Beggars belief.. Why LR could not be more flexible when they were made aware of several issues ( I had 6 parcels lost at one point) with Evri, not just me, I know of quite a few neighbours with missing parcels. Evri did send me a photo of my order whilst it was in the back of their van! Why? Please LR be more flexible as I will now have to look elsewhere.

      Material quality is excellet

      I love how thick and heavy this material feels, i have a pull line in set from marks and spencers, but this one is much thicker material. I think my next linen set will be from here again, particularly with the sale, great quality for a competitive price
