Romu 100% Wool Blanket - LA REDOUTE INTERIEURS

The website was smooth, delivery, collection and product all well thought out, with a good price and real quality product to match. I am already thinking about whether or not I can justify to myself buying another one so soon...

This wool blanket would be so nice if the smell wasn’t this bad. I have missed a return date and had to keep it. I was hoping that airing it would get rid of its awful smell but nothing seems to be doing it.

I am keeping it. The colour is lovely and so is the material. Yes i agree with other reviews that it has a strong sheep smell but honestly, it goes away after a few days. I put it on my bed with the windows open a few hours every day and it’s now all gone. Dont be put off by it. It goes very quickly

Blanket is exactly as it appears on site. Large, warm and not too scratchy at all. Has quite a strong wool smell which needed to be aired out but overall very happy with it!

I bought this blanket because I'd previously bought something similar and decided I wanted another. The blanket is very warm and cosy and can be put on the bed or used to wrap up in while sitting on the sofa. A win-win all round.

It took good 2-3 weeks to come, and as others have mentioned, it really smells distinctively, I kept it outside for half a day and took it in, the smell disappeared. It’s a heavy, quality item, not super soft but not itchy either, I would recommend

Blanket was bought a month ago and it's lovely. It's like a heavy old fashioned blanket, nice weight and colour.

Delivery was typical La Redoute shockingly bad and delayed. I just don't understand why they can't fix this. Long wait for item to be despatched despite being in stock.

This is the second Romu wool blanket I'v purchased from La Redoute. They are warm, natural, and beautiful. Just the right thickness and possibly my favourite blankets ever. Do they smell a little like sheep when you first get them? Yes, but I like sheep. And the smell fades.
