    Sizing lost in translation

    I love these bras and have been wearing them for years. This year I ordered them from La Redoute. But I kept getting the wrong size - one cup size too big! Customer Service kpt trying to make me believe that it was the same size really, despite the label, which was absolute nonsense. Eventually after several orders and returns round and round they admitted that they had translated the size wrong. I ordered the size below and I received the right size, finally. Please, listen to your customers and don't expect them to accept that black is white.
