Hebden Quilted 100% Washed Cotton Bedspread - 150x200cm - YARD

Beautiful I purchased the patterned ones first and because they are so nice I purchased 3 more. I love the fact they are 100% cotton. I marked only 4stars because of using evri both my parcels had to be chased up as once in depot for delivery they disappear it happens every time yodel or the royal mail would be a better choice

I received this today and when I opened it I could feel a grainy and powdery residue all over the product so I decided to wash it straight away to get rid of the dusty stuff before storing it for later use. When I took it out of the machine (after washing it on a 30 degree gentle wash with no other items) I noticed the big orange stain when I was hanging it out to dry. They seem to have stitched something dark red/orange into the inside of the quilting which can be seen when you hold it up to the light and when it got wet in the machine, the dark colour ran and stained the pale pink outer cotton layer. There is also another dark blue stain and a random bit of dark red thread sewn into the edge. This means the factory this came from must have quite poor quality control as there is more than one fault with this brand new unused item! It's a shame, as I like the look of the product. I have emailed customer service to see what can be done as I am unsure if I can return it as I washed it due to it arriving covered in dust! :(
