      Lo pedí y no llego

      Me llegó otro abrigo que no es el que pedí...yo quería mi abrigo porque así fue como hice mi pedido y la chica que me atendió...por cierto no se le entendía nada y encima le pregunte tres veces como tenía que devolver por impost y termino chillandome porque no sabía lo que tenía que hacer cuando llegara al punto impost...termino al final diciéndome que enseñando el QR que lleva la pegatina. .no lo había hecho nunca...no se me olvidará solo por como me contestó....seguidamente me dice que no puedo recibir mi abrigo..el que yo había pedido y que volviera ha hacer otro pedido...porque?si yo ya lo había comprado y además con descuento....era problema vuestro el enviarme el abrigo que yo había comprado...en fin...que no lo he vuelto a comprar porque yo no tenía porqué hacer ese trámite otra vez y encima sin descuento
