    Stellis Pure Wool Hand-Knotted Rug, blue/beige, AM.PM

    Its subtle, vibrant shades are created using the traditional tie and dye technique: the skeins of wool are cable knit and then immersed in successive colour baths.
    Each piece is unique and reveals multiple tonalities
    within gradations that create a delicate speckled effect. A rug that combines the comfort of wool, the richness of colour and traditional know-how.

    Each rug is handmade in India by artisan weavers, masters of an ancestral skill handed down from generation to generation. Knotted, tufted or hand-woven, our rugs perpetuate traditional weaving techniques that bear witness to a culture dating back thousands of years.

    Quality Info
     •  Wool is a warm and comfortable natural fibre. In addition to being resistant to wear and durable over time, the wool carpet is also an excellent thermal and sound insulator.
     •  Each piece is handcrafted, according to ancestral know-how. There may therefore be slight variations in colour from one carpet to another.. They contribute to the beauty of each piece and make it unique.

    Care Advice
     •  Some materials such as wool are very fibrous and you can actually observe a piling during the first weeks of use: this is a normal for this type of product and is not a defect. Remove the excess fibres by hand where possible, do not use a vacuum cleaner with a rotating brush as this can pull and tear the fibres . The pilling will improve over time.
     •  For maintenance, we advise you to vacuum it very little the first month and then to vacuum it without rubbing too much always without using the brush.
     •  Remove any stains immediately with a clean, damp cloth.
     •  Dry clean recommended.

      Très déçus par la qualité de ce tapis

      Nous avons acheté ce tapis pour notre salon, mais depuis son installation, il perd continuellement des fibres. Nous en retrouvons partout : sur nos vêtements, sur le corps, dans toute la pièce.

      Malgré de nombreuses tentatives (aspirateur, brosses spéciales anti-poils, nettoyage régulier), le problème persiste et ne semble jamais se stabiliser. Cela devient vraiment insupportable au quotidien.

      Face à cette situation inacceptable, surtout au vu du prix du produit, nous avons pris la décision de nous en séparer.

      Nous sommes très déçus de la qualité proposée par La Redoute sur cet article. Nous ne recommanderons plus sur ce site et n’hésiterons pas à partager notre expérience autour de nous.
