Remove lint as much as possible by hand and do not use the vacuum cleaner in brushing mode as this will pull the fibres and tear them out.. The pilling will improve over time.
     •  For maintenance, we advise you to vacuum it very little the first month and then to vacuum it without rubbing too much always without using the brush.

      Rug does not match photos or description

      Really disappointed with this rug. It’s bland and boring. I am unhappy because it doesn’t look like the photos which gives the impression of a good quality cream rug. The rug actually is beige and much darker in colour. It looks like a carpet off cut

      Beautiful- but very delicate

      This is a lovely rug. A warm beige colour. Unfortunately after two days use the loops are coming out. Too cumbersome to try and return. Not worth the money sadly.
