      The rug is a different colour to the one on websit

      The rug arrived and it is not cream at all — it looks peachy, is very shiny, and I am really disappointed with the quality.

      I tried to return it using Evri, which was the only return option provided, but it has now been over 10 days with no communication whatsoever. There is no way to speak to Evri customer service, and despite emailing La Redoute, I have had no reply from them either.

      I am now stuck with a rug costing over £100 that I cannot return.

      Avoid this company — terrible customer service and no support when things go wrong.
