      Great trash can.

      I have had a wonderful Brabantia can in my kitchen for ages and needed a new color. It is fine. I closes slowly which is good. The only difference is that old one could stay completely open if you pushed the top back. This may not matter to you, however.

      It doesn't close

      We have had the bin for several weeks now and used only 20 litre brabantia bags - these are too slim to fit properly across the top of the bin - we have been unable to find wider ones for 20 litres. We thought on day one that this factor prevented proper closure but we are now convinced that whatever bag we use the lid always remains half an inch open. We now use a lightish weight to keep it closed. This is NOT what we expect from BRABANTIA.
