      Lose fibres and plucks

The rugs when enrolled had a lot of lose fibres. As I looked further i noticed several clicks across both rugs. I have contacted La Redoute and am waiting for a reply.

Response from La Redoute , 25/08/2026

Hi, I’m sorry to hear that you’ve noticed loose fibres and several pulls across both rugs. I understand how disappointing this must be, especially after receiving your order. I can see that we’ve since contacted you regarding this, and I hope the issue has now been resolved for you. Thanks,
