The lid is fully removeable and when slotted into the built in storage it reflects the heat to maintain a good cooking temperature. An ash catcher located underneath the drum will allow for simple and fuss-free ash disposal, whilst an airflow vent and thermometer will let you control the temperature to ensure perfect results every time

      Assembly not easy

      Whist we are pleased with this bbq once assembled assembly was difficult due to poor instructions and took 2 people ages. Our main concern is the brackets that hold the grill are not large enough to hold food would easily slip, we put our own decent brackets on for safety reasons.

      Great product once built but it took well over an hour for two competent men to put together. Very poor instructions.
