      oh dear......

      I can't tell you how much I hate this rug.... I waited two weeks for this to arrive after ordering and is such terrible quality compared to the numerous other rugs I have bought from you. I've opened it up and it looks so thin and shiny and nasty- ugh. It looks nothing like the photo.

      Thin, plastic and uncomfortable

      Very dissapointing, the quality is extremely poor and the rug smells very strongly of plastic and chemicals. It's really hard on the underside as it is so plastic and the surface is thin and uncomfortable to the touch. Such a pity as I have another La Redoute Berber style rug that is excellent quality, bouncy and thick, I presumed this one would be the same but it's totally inferior.

      Okay for a bedroom rug

      The chemical smell that came off this was overpowering. Unfortunately due to the weather I wasn't able to leave it outside to air and had to put it straight down - BIG MISTAKE.

      I have had a headache and sore throat for a full week and have to leave my bedroom window open to air it out (In December!)

      The fibers have a really synthetic feel but the colour is nice and brightens up the room.

      Thin, lightweight, not good quality at all
