    Review Summary

Modular VOLGA bookshelf with an elegant design that matches the photos, featuring a lovely oak veneer finish. Reviews highlight the quality of the materials, the reassuring sturdiness and assembly that is generally straightforward thanks to clear instructions. Many customers appreciate its extendable format and good storage space. However, some note a disappointing finish, damaged panels, a fragile structure and sometimes imperfect alignment.

Great looking unit. But VERY heavy to lift.

The unit is well designed - it looks great. However it takes time to construct and even longer to piece together … lifting it is difficult - and the heavy weight led to the unit collapsing and having to be rebuilt … an SOS to a carpenter friend saved the day as he brought extra hardware to help us fix the damage. So we can’t extend to the full width as we intended - and although overall we are happy we sadly be ordering any additional units. It’d be much better to reproduce the same look with lighter wood. S

      Smells after 2 weeks

The design is great, but the product smells glue two weeks after assembly, while the windows are constantly open :/
