     •  Some materials are very fibrous (such as wool) Wool rugs pill naturally during the first few months: this is a normal for this type of product and is not a defect. Remove the excess fibres by hand where possible, do not use a vacuum cleaner with a rotating brush as this can pull and tear the fibres . The pilling will improve over time.

      Fluff is shedding & cases allergic reaction!

      The rug looks great but the fluff is shedding significantly much more that we would expect from a good quality rug. Despite , transferring to trousers and triggering asthmatic symptoms to myself and my young children (we are not asthmatic but suffer from hayfever in the British Summer months). Very disappointed and have now rolled up the rug.

      Quality wool rug

      Lovely thick wool rug. Colours are beautiful. I wasn’t sure about ordering this as it didn’t have any reviews, but I’m so glad I did. I love it.
