Leather Knee-High Boots with Notched Sole, black, LA REDOUTE COLLECTIONS

I read the reviews before purchasing and was a little concerned about some of the reviews saying they were impossible to put on or take off. However I was struggling to find a pair of flat knee high black boots in my size (UK8 EU42). So glad I decided to take the chance as they are a perfect fit. I’m a size 12/14 clothes and the calf part of the boot is just right for me. The first few times they were a little tricky to get on but after a couple of wears there isn’t an issue. The leather is lovely quality and they look and feel great. Would definitely recommend.

After reading mixed reviews, decided to order a pair as were also in the sale.

Lovely quality leather and a well-made boot but unfortunately not able to even get my foot in!

They need a full zip not a half one and might back it better.

Sadly having to return which is a shame.

After reading other reviews saying the boots were wide enough for the calves, I bought these boots, which are made of decent leather quality on the outside. As expected, the boots fit my calves size well, but I had a difficult time pushing my slim feet in the shoe parts having to pull and twist, as the zips opening is way too short. This doesn't suit my needs at all and so I decided to return the boots.

With all honesty I wasn’t sure after reading some of the reviews here but decided to try anyway. And was pleasantly surprised with quality and fit, especially when you get it on sale. I must say I’m size 38,5 and I decided to go for 39 ( which is slightly big but expected) , so I’d say the fit is true to size. I’m a slim woman with quite slim feet and calves, so I can see how some women with slightly bigger calves can struggle with the fit, although for me it’s just right because a lot of boots are just too loose around my calves. I’d say I wish I bought size 8 instead but I like inserting insoles in my footwear so it just works perfectly well for me. Most importantly I never developed any blisters ( like with some famous brands), and they felt great from the minute I put them on. Overall great boots especially when they are on sale.

Fantastic real leather boots at a great (sale) price. Great fit and super comfortable. Sized up 1/2 size.

Having read previous reviews I was expecting to return these boots as soon as they arrived, however they fit really well, aren't difficult to get in or off and are made of a good quality leather. I'm really happy with them, and don't understand how they have presented so many difficulties for others.

First thought of these boots - very impressed ! Especially for the discounted price. Fit perfectly (size 5). I can't say how comfy they are to wear, as I have only just received these today ! But overall a good product 🙂
