    Care Advice
     •  Some materials are very fibrous (such as wool) Wool rugs pill naturally during the first few months: this is normal, because the carpet "bursts" by rejecting its excess fibres. Remove the fluff as much as possible by hand and do not use the vacuum cleaner in brushing mode, as this has the effect of pulling the fibres and tearing them off. The pilling will improve over time.

      Good quality

      I was really pleased with the quality of this rug, particularly as it was available in the sale at half price. Delivery was a little delayed but that wasn’t a major issue for us.

      Ordered Item is NOT the same as 1 Year ago

      I ordered 2 rugs to match the rug I bought a year ago. The same item, name description colour - but this time I received 2 rugs that are not same colour, texture or at all not the same item as I purchased. I ordered 2 additional rugs to match the same one i bought in the past, but instead got 2 yellowish creamy ones different texture.
