      Falling apart after 4 months

      I really like this rug, but it’s starting to fall apart after 4 months. Got this in December ‘23 and we noticed a few weeks backs some joins that looked a bit dodgy. In one area it’s completely frayed and so there’s a pretty big hole, and a few areas where it looks like the same thing will happen soon. Have contacted Customer Service to see what my options are.

      Much darker than the images suggest

      I bought two of these for my living room, based on the warm pale tone of the rugs in the images. But they look much darker in real life and draw the eye straight to them and away from the rest of the room.
