Good quality but poor delivery team

Orderee a side board bookshelf, the quality was very good and instructions were easy to follow very happy with the product. But the delivery company (UK) failed to deliver the 2 large boxes to my door. They were left at the bottom of the stairs of a common area to the flats. And didn't ring the doorbell. So had to contact them to get them back out. As it was a 2 man lift.

Response from La Redoute , 30/06/2026

Hi Neil, we're delighted to hear that you were happy with the quality of the sideboard bookshelf and that you found the assembly instructions easy to follow. We're sorry, however, to hear about your delivery experience. We understand how frustrating it must have been to find the boxes left in a communal area rather than delivered to your door. Your feedback regarding the delivery service has been noted and will be shared with the relevant team to help improve future deliveries. Thanks,

      Glen Berriman-Wallace, Product Team
