      Still waiting on rug to be delivered

      Very disappointed that my rug has still not been delivered. I received an email from Evri on 22nd July to say they had received my order but it has still not been delivered. I placed the order on the 13tn July and had hoped to receive before my family were visiting

      Cosy Rug

      Had to wait quite a while there was a bit of a delay due to technical problems. But the minute it arrived I was over the moon with my purchase and it has brightened up my living room and it’s very soft and so luxurious. Happy lady

      Nice looking rug, but won't lie flat

      This rug looks lovely and is good value. However, because it is quite lightweight and was delivered tightly rolled, it won't stay flat and has constant ripples which are annoying. I was trying to save money by buying a synthetic rug, but now wish that I had bought a heavyweight wool one.
