      Disappointed with returns process

      Booked free return/collection with Evri via La redoute return system. No one has turned up 48hrs later after appointmented collection for return time. Still sitting on my doorstep. Enormous package. Please help advise. Thank you

      Lots of snagged fibres

      Really disappointed lots of fibres sticking up, contacted la redoute to complain and no response.

      Delighted with my rug

      Delighted with this new rug. It’s really hard to find XL rugs at reasonable prices but this one was such good value and looks great. It’s made a really big difference to the room and I’m so pleased with it.
