      Very Pleased

      Bought as a replacement for our old (temperamental) kettle. Looks good, does the job and a great price. Just follow the instructions and in no time at all you'll be sitting back and enjoying a decent cup of tea.

      I’m very happy with my sharp-looking Tower kettle and it boils very quickly

      Only concern is the lid is quite difficult to fit, takes a bit of manoeuvring, nearly burnt my hand slightly

      Scalding risk be careful

      Whilst the design and colours look very nice the practical side of using this kettle is of real concern. The spout being short means when you tip it to pour hot steam moves upwards and can easily scald your hand - especially as you have to tip almost to the vertical position to empty it. Most kettles don’t have this issue I now realise due to either a spout that is positioned further away or not having to tip the kettle as much.

      Love all tower products but with the cavelleto kettle on the top of the lid the copper discoloured and came off.

      I tried to get a new lid for the kettle but although it was still under guarantee had so many problems I just got a new kettle instead.
