     •  Some materials are very fibrous (such as wool) Wool rugs pill naturally during the first few months: this is a normal for this type of product and is not a defect. Remove the excess fibres by hand where possible, do not use a vacuum cleaner with a rotating brush as this can pull and tear the fibres . The pilling will improve over time.

      Exquisite

      This is the second rug I have bought. I initially bought it for myself, I got so many compliments, guest were sitting down next to it and inspecting it really closely on both sides back and front.

      I got the second one as a housewarming gift for one of my children, they absolutely love it. My grandaughter and her kitten both like to lie on it while watching TV, she says it feels so soft and comfortable. I would absolutely recommend this item.

      Just what we were looking for

      Really lovely rug, very cosy underfoot and love the pattern. Have had it a week so far and extremely pleased. Feels like it should be durable and doesn't appear to be shedding much if at all right now.

      Lovely rug

      I love this rug, it's colourful, easy on the eye, and very well made. It did produce a lot of fluff to begin with but using a suction cleaner recommended for wool carpets, this has now stopped and vacuuming is a lot less required. We've received so many good comments, I'm really happy with my purchase.

      Gorgeous rug

      This is a lovely rug, bought replace one that's seen better days. It's heavy with a good pile, and doesn't seem to shed. Lovely colours too and a sensible price.

      Lovely rug

      This is a lovely rug, nice and thick, plush to walk on. The colour when it cam was a more creamy yellowish than the pictures, so didn't fit in with my room, which was a shame as I really liked it. I also thought it would sit on the new carpet I have down, but I think it is more suited to a hard floor. So I returned it.

      Quality Rug

      I bought this rug a few weeks ago for our new house. It suits our room perfectly. It is superb quality and surpasses what I expected although it was quite expensive. You certainly get what you pay for. So happy with my purchase. I would highly recommend.
