     •  Wool is a warm and comfortable fibre. A wool rug is also an excellent thermal and sound insulator.
     •  Hand-braided, each piece is unique and may have small irregularities which make it authentic.. Colours and dimensions may vary slightly.

    Care information
     •  Once unrolled, you must wait a few days for the carpet to return to its initial shape.
     •  To keep the edges flat, roll your mat in the opposite direction. Leave it like this for an hour then put it back flat and place a heavy object on it for 2 days.
     •  New, the carpet may give off an odour which dissipates over time. Ventilate your room regularly to reduce it.
     •  To preserve its appearance, rotate your rug regularly in one direction or the other to minimise localised wear in the same places (due to successive passages), and loss of colour due to regular light exposure.

    Care instructions
     •  Some materials are very fibrous (such as wool) Wool rugs pill naturally during the first few months: this is a normal for this type of product and is not a defect. Remove the excess fibres by hand where possible, do not use a vacuum cleaner with a rotating brush as this can pull and tear the fibres . The pilling will improve over time.
     •  For maintenance, we advise you to vacuum it very little the first month and then to vacuum it without rubbing too much always without using the brush.
     •  Compatible with robot vacuum cleaners: No
     •  Remove stains immediately with a clean, damp cloth.
     •  Dry clean recommended.

      Lovely rug

      Really happy with this rug, took a chance after reading some negative reviews as I know that wool rugs can shed for a few months which is normal. We haven’t had too much shedding so far, comfy under foot and looks beautiful.

      Nice design poor finish

      Design is lovely but the finish feels cheap. The main part of the rug and the raised part are two different finishes which doesn’t show on the pictures. Looks like it’s already worn out and been used for 6 months. I expected some pilling as new but it’s extreme. Disappointed overall but will keep as bought in sale.

      The rug is shedding

      Overall, it's aesthetically pleasing; however, the wool is shedding a lot. I have been brushing the fibers out and vacuuming it, but there seems to be a never-ending cycle. Do not recommend!

      Great quality and looks good as well.

      The rug is very nice and looks great in my living room. It's shedding a lot at the moment, but this is expected for a wool rug. There is a slight smell as well, but I think it will go away with time. It was excellent price with the 40% sale.
