      Lovely item, terrible non-enviromental packaging

      The rack itself is fantastic, really well crafted and easy to put up. Would've been useful to include a nice set of screws and plugs in the box like most high end furniture does.

      Only three stars though as the item was first packaged with giant polystyrene fillers, then surrounded by polystyrene packers, then in a box. If that wasn't bad enough, this was then sent in a non-recyclable bag (despite the 'Bag a brighter future' green-washing message on it). Really poor from a high-end company, and completely unnecessary too when the box would've done quite easily.
