      Oval jute rug. One great, one not great

      I purchased two of the Oval jute rugs within a couple of months of each other. The first was great, The second received July 24 is not of the same quality. It hasn’t been sewn / whipped incorrectly and already has loose tufts everywhere and that is in a low foot traffic area. It won’t be long until the thread breaks and the rug has holes. I have contacted customer services a couple of days ago and as yet I haven’t received a response.

      Soft and looks great

      I was worried about ordering a jute rug before seeing it, so many of them can be hard or brittle. This one is soft, and the rounded edges are great for our hallways as the prevent tripping and curling. Has brown flecks in the weave as expected, but overall a great value product, and bought in the sale so even more chuffed!
